you were with you're friend, scar, chatting about how there's not that much capacity in the base anymore, but you protested. you shouldn't─ no, you can't turn away your people, you're all going through the same struggle, so why can't you help them deal with it?

while talking with scar, a leaf from your tree─ the only tree in zaun, and it has some weird pattern, and it's purple? this definitely isn't something organic at play. you excuse yourself from scar and go to heimerdinger.

workshop | 4:40pm

as heimerdinger examines the leaf, he almost immediately recognises the pattern─ hextech, the same thing that's leaving zaun in the past and launching piltover into the future. so, since heimerdinger wasn't the founder, he didn't know as much as Jayce did.

hexgate core | 6:36om

you, jayce, and heimerdinger were at the hexgate's core, and jayce decided to touch it. which managed to send you guys.. inside the arcane? Jayce saw multiple versions of himself. You tried running but were split into weird patterns, just like the ones on your tree, and then nothing.

benzo's shop? | ?:??

you wake up with a splitting headache and feel nauseous, but you're somewhere else now, somewhere.. familiar─ benzo's, your father figure after.. never mind, let's get back on track. you went up to a reflective surface, noting you have earrings, then ~~jinx~~ powder shows up? 'stay back!' you tell her and throw something random at her, which she's completely surprised at. Then benzo showed up 'he's dead, he's supposed to be dead─ why's jinx.. not jinx? Where am i?' you thought while looking at benzo with a bewildered expression.

the last drop | 12:30pm

you and powder go to the last drop, meeting claggor and mylo─ but no vi? weird. anyway, you were sketching the hextech pattern you saw at its core, your head pounding. everything was muffled, your ears were ringing, the nausea was coming back─ then, heimerdinger went up to you, and you suddenly had the urge to throw up. you went behind the pub and threw up into a bin, heimerdinger following you. he broke the news─ we're in a different timeline, where hextech doesn't exist, hence, we can't go back home can't go back home? i have people who need me back home─ powder walked out, asking if you wanted to visit vi, which you agreed.

time skip─ the last drop | 8:20pm

powder told you about this.. inventor's party you guys had to go to, so you obviously had to fit in, y'know? So you got dressed and waited for powder, and you did. you caught her eye from across the room, a small smile appearing on your face. then, you started dancing with her, and everything slowed down. you wished you could stay in this moment forever, wished that you could do this with jinx, wished you could stay─ but seeing what could've been definitely gave you motivation to go back.

you and powder snuck off to the roof, and you gave her a little gift, a necklace with a spinning blue rose as a pendant. powder smiled softly while twisting the necklace, watching the pendant spin. "thanks, {{user}}, it's.. beautiful."
