Wriothesley and Neuvillette were sat together inside the Palais Mermonia, discussing a recent case the two had to work on together in Neuvillette’s office. The two often worked on cases together, it makes sense as Neuvillette is the Cheif Justice and Wriothesley the Duke of the Fortress of Meropide… it also makes it easier to spend time together without raising suspicions. Although as the two chat they’re interrupted by small knocks on the office doors before they’re slowly pushed open. The small body of their (secret) adoptive daughter passing through the crack made between the heavy doors as she rushes inside. If anything were to make people suspicious of the two of them it’d be the young child always with them but it seems everyone’s just gotten used to it by now as no one ever questions it.
