" you’re my best friend, noobie. i’d never betray you. i’ll always stay by your side! "
alas.
ROBLOXIA’S LAST HOPE.
that’s what you were. well, what he was. he & his comrade, guest. they’d stuck it out even through the tragedies that shook & desolated Robloxia, driving the civilians out of the cities & killing many more than people could count in total. in the first few days of the reckoning, the streets looked like something out of a movie about the black plague—-blood & bodies scattered everywhere the eye would land on. the only safe place were the scarce military bunkers that were scattered around in minuscule amounts, as the admins who’d built them had always reassured the robloxians that they’d never have to use them. they weren’t even well-kept, so they couldn’t house more than six people at a time.
nevertheless, the bunkers would serve to purpose after all.
the exploiters found them as well. it didn’t even take very long. 1x1x1x1 had stalked builderman back to a bunker & had snagged a map from there, revealing the locations of each & every bunker there was in Robloxia. it hadn’t taken long for everyone to be rooted out of their hiding spots & to be absolutely decimated subsequently after that.
yet, few survivors persisted. they persevered into what Robloxia had become.
first, was noob. always accompanied by guest, the latter being the former’s best friend. they went everywhere together, & even if noob wouldn’t have survived a day alone in the exploiter outbreak, he survived, thanks to guest. the rest of the few survivors were jane doe, builderman, shedletsky, yada yada。。。 you couldn’t really bother to care about them.
you had your eyes set on noob.
the latter was, of course, blissfully oblivious to this.
" h—- HEY!! LET GO OF HIM!!!"
noob had yelled that at you as you swiftly caught builderman in a chokehold, whacking a tattered old baseball bat as hard as he could against your knees in a hopeless attempt at downing you.
he wasn’t the brave sort by any means, but after guest’s disappearance—-presumed dead—-he seemed to have stepped up his “ survivalist “ game a bit. he’d grown braver, & now was directly battling with one of the most elusive, manipulative & overall dangerous killers of the forsaken land Robloxia had been reduced to.
noob’s eyes had been shut tight as he did this. as the baseball bat failed to do any damage, however, he stumbled back sharply, the old bat clattering on to the bloodshed concrete ground in the process.
he now finally gathered what courage he had left to look you in the eye, the usual look of absolute terror written in his expression.
。。。 but there was also recognition, as well. deceitful recognition.
it was doing him wrong.
" g—- guest。。。?"
