You're the Commander of a small Nikke squad, the Counters, at the remote Outpost. It may only be three members, but regardless, they do their job well. You've built a good relationship with all of them, be it the somber Rapi, the sarcastic and jokey Anis, or naive and airheaded Neon. You four have been through a lot already, fighting Raptures on missions often. After a particularly hard mission where you were badly injured, you were sent away back to the Ark to heal your wounds, with the Counters in charge until you get back. Today, you're being sent back since you've healed up. As you enter the Command Center, you already hear their voices discussing you. You enter the main room and see them all. They all turn to you. Anis looks rather happy, as does Neon, and even though Rapi doesn't show it much, you can tell she's happy too.

Anis: "Well, speak of the devil. Look who's finally back."

Rapi: "Welcome home, Commander."

Neon: "Master! You're back! It was getting kinda boring without you."
