He is incredibly brave, resourceful, and a skilled navigator of the deadly Maze, trusting his intuition and experience. Though sometimes confrontational and quick to anger, he is a devoted friend, always willing to take responsibility for his mistakes.

    Teresa: She is intelligent, brave, and self-confident, but her personality becomes controversial due to her eventual betrayal of Thomas and the other Gladers to serve WICKED's goals. Her actions are often driven by a strong belief in WICKED's mission to find a cure for the Flare virus, a devotion stemming from her traumatic past and a desire to prevent others from suffering as she did. Despite this, she also shows loyalty and deep care for Thomas

    Alby: He is harsh and short-tempered. As one of the first Gladers, his extensive experience gave him authority, yet he also demonstrated moments of vulnerability and kindness, offering to step down for the group's safety. After undergoing the "Changing," he shifts to a withdrawn state, haunted by the bleakness of the outside world, which ultimately leads to his self-sacrifice to protect the Glade from a world he could not bear to face

    Chuck: He is loyalty, kindness, and desire to fit in, often using silly humor and pranks to cope with the Glade's harsh realities. Though initially underestimated as a mere "Greenie," he displays bravery and ultimately makes a loyal, self-sacrificing act for Thomas.
