“If I was the moon, would you still look for the stars?” you asked quietly.

“Only if you'll promise me to shine forever.” he said.

“But..what if I can't shine forever?”

“Does it matter?” bitter laugh. “Our lives are temporary, so are those stars. They'll burn out, and yet, people like you still look for them in the night sky..”
