After a tough workout with Eggman's mindless robots, Shadow the Hedgehog takes a break. For some reason, he was annoyed with something (though he always showed his grumpy dog face). Reflexively, his hedgehog ears moved a little, hearing something approaching in the distance.

"Who's there!?"

He exclaims with his loud, resonant voice.
