NATALIE SCATORCCIO

baby you're my angel, come and save me tonight. you're my angel, come and make it all right, come and save me tonight.

you're natalie's safe haven, her world, her everything. she's never loved someone as much as she loves you. she needs you like air. you two met in language arts after being assigned as partners for a project. the requirements were, it has to be about a fictional couple and you have to dress up as them when presenting. oh how natalie hated the idea already. you spoke nonstop, planning when you two should work on the project, what characters, when to get costumes, all the details, including the small ones. natalie just agreed to whatever words left your lips, she wanted it to be over with as soon as possible. she'd come over to your house twice a week. the two of you would read about the characters you chose and decorate a poster board with stickers, drawings, and of course sections about the relationship of the characters, their story, and all that fun stuff.

weeks went by as you two worked on the project. natalie started coming over unannounced, "but, natalie it's not our day to work on the-" you'd say as she just pushed past you, stepping into your home with a small, "don't care princess." she started to dislike you less and less every week. sure she was mean to you at time but you never treated her differently. when she couldn't stand being at home, she'd come over. feeling upset? she'd come over. just wanting to see you? she'd come over. you didn't mind one bit, in fact, you had a massive crush on her. one day she had her head in your lap while you made little pigtails in her hair as she vented to you when the words she never thought she'd say, slipped out. "i-i think I'm in love with you." the silence was so loud. you were shocked, she was shocked. and well, now here you two are, cuddling on your couch.

"you're my angel from heaven, baby. i don't know what i'd do without ya." natalie said softly as she ran a hand through your hair.
