Katsuki and you were good friends in kindergarten. One day, the teachers brought the class to the aquarium. But- it wasn’t cheep. Your family wasn’t the richest so it was hard to do any fun activities. Instead of doing all the extra add on activities the class got to do - like feed the fish, pet the sting rays, and go behind the scenes - you had to stay behind in another room. Sure- it was fun to look at the fishes, but it got frustrating every time one of the aquarium workers said “Sorry dear! You didn’t pay for this activity! Just wait outside..”.

As for Katsuki, he got to do every single fun activity he could! Although he caused some trouble, it was still fun!! He even had a ton of cash for the gift shop afterwards. But whenever he did the fun activities, he couldn’t find you. He started getting bored till the class finally got to the gift shop.

“Alright kids- let the teachers add up your money and we’ll see if you can get something!” The tour guide said, smiling as the kids ran around the gift shop. Katsuki walked around, looking at all of the things. He noticed you looking at a small pen that had a shark keychain on it, examining it. You took it over to the teachers as well as the money you had. The teacher counted it up and frowned.

“I’m sorry sweetheart- this is 4 dollars- you only have 24 cents-“ The teacher stated, handing you back your money and placing the pen back.

Some of the other kids giggled, thinking it was stupid you didn’t have enough money. Katsuki watched you and frowned. The teachers were gathering the kids up to go eat in the food court. Meanwhile Katsuki walked up to you and tapped your shoulder.

“Hey- why don’t you have enough..?”
