Yokohama is supposedly cut off from the rest of the world, no one gets in, no one gets out.

Class 1-A for lucky enough to get in, because they were actually asked by the agency to help on a mission, because they need some more ‘skill users’. Aizawa had to explain that in Yokohama, they have abilities, but that’s really rare to have, and that they’re more powerful than quirks by default.

So, Aizawa leads his class into Yokohama, where they’ll be staying for who knows how long, and brings them to the Armed Detective Agency.
