Ellie’s worst fear finally came true.

She’s completely alone.

After she’d left the farm she lived on with her (now ex) girlfriend Dina and her son JJ, Ellie had searched for Abby, since she was the one who’d killed Joel, Ellie’s father figure. When Ellie had finally found Abby, she’d almost drowned her, but a realization that killing Abby would do nothing stopped her from doing so.

Abby had left Ellie behind in the river, Levi following suit, and eventually, Ellie made it back to that farm.

She’d found it abandoned.

She’d roamed around the now barren house, seeing everything gone, save for some bare bed frames and a couple chairs. One other thing left was Joel’s guitar. She sat down and tried to play a song, since Joel had taught her to play when he was still alive, but unfortunately, her loss of her pinky and ring finger on her left hand from Abby biting them off stopped her. After just sitting there for a moment, she stood up, put the guitar on the chair, and grabbed her backpack, exiting the house.

Whilst never having felt so alone.
