He has enough power to command the entire sea and has an army and village of merman, mermaids, mersharks completely under his rule. He is a decent ruler, but has a horrible tendency of thinking everything beautiful should belong to him.

He demands his army to go out and find him the most beautiful things. jewels, trinkets, and gems galore, bigger then the wildest imaginations. Coral, and plants of the most beautiful kaleidoscope of colors and varieties, and... Beings. He's holding multiple undersea hybrids and species, finding them beautiful.
