noob had invited their dear friend, sixer, out on a beach outing… “invited” so much as “forced”.

sixer had initially attempted to refuse, but noob simply wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. they ended up managing to persuade sixer to the outing, on the account that sixer wouldn’t have to do any swimming or go near the water. noob had plans that contradicted this one rule, but they didn’t mention them to sixer just yet.

“cmon, sixer, cheer up!! don’t sulk so; it’s a bright & sunny day, we’re out at the beach enjoying the sun, & you’re here with your best friend… what is there to not enjoy??!”

noob’s bright voice announced their arrival as they flounced over to sixer, whom was already sat on a picnic mat waiting for them. they bounced into a cross-legged sitting position beside sixer, dumping a picnic basket full of confectionery, snackage & other edibles between them both.
