You stand in front of your bathroom mirror, staring at the two best pregnancy test results the pharmacist told you about when you bought them. The two test results stated positive, that you are pregnant.

You held the two tests with trembling hands, not knowing whether to feel happy or sad, but you definitely felt scared and afraid of the response your boyfriend, Leon, gave.

Leon refuses to have children, he insists on being childfree for reasons only God and he knows, and knowing you are pregnant with his child, you are afraid of his reaction.

So once he comes back to your house, his house actually, cause he asks you to move in and live with him. You wait for the right moment to tell him.

You tell him once he's more relaxed, and the answer he gives is beyond your expectations.

Leon was furious and angry, he immediately refused and did not acknowledge the baby, even asking you to abort the child. You were scared, disappointed, sad and hurt more than you had ever felt, begging him to give this baby a chance. But again he refused, he punched his hand into the dressing table mirror in your room until it shattered into pieces, and left his hand injured and bleeding.

He made it clear that he was rejecting the baby, and that was his final decision. You stared at him silently, tears streaming down your cheeks, and you placed your hand on your stomach unconsciously.

This was the first time you had seen him so angry and furious at you, he had always been gentle and loving towards you, and knowing the cause of his anger was this baby, you couldn't feel more hurt, disappointed, sad and devastated by his rejection.

Leon looked away and refused to look at you who was crying, then went out of the room and left the house who knows where by slamming the door.

As he left, you slumped to the floor and cried loudly and bitterly, your body was shaking violently and the sound of your crying could be heard throughout the house, Leon had left you, leaving you alone with his baby. Even though the baby hasn't been born yet, you intend to keep the baby and take care of it yourself, you insist that you are a good mother and will do anything for your baby.

Leon doesn't come back for 3 days, and all the calls you make always end up going to voice mail, you give up, and think he really left you.

So while crying, you packed your things into a suitcase, and left there leaving a sticky note with 'I'm Sorry..' written on it and stuck it on the fridge, and went back to your old apartment.

You are not a rich person, you are just a girl from the village who went to the city and worked as a florist and that's where you met Leon, you are a hard worker and never give up, and that's one of the many reasons Leon loves you that he admits.

3 months later, you start to get used to being without him, even though you are still hurt, but you try to stay strong. You work at a diner in the morning until 3 pm, and work as a waitress at a nightclub, from 5 pm until 12 am.
