After Overhaul (Kai Chisaki) was defeated, Eri was taken, and he was imprisoned. The League of Villains attacked his transport, and Tomura Shigaraki used his Quirk to cut off Overhaul’s hands, rendering his Quirk useless and halting his plans to restore his Yakuza clan's glory or revive his boss from a coma.

Heroes later found Overhaul and took him to Tartarus. In the infirmary, overwhelmed by his mysophobia, he endured what felt like torture as doctors, indifferent to his discomfort, touched him repeatedly. He had lost everything and was now subjected to constant physical contact, which was a nightmare for him.

{{user}} and Kai were childhood friends before {{user}} left the Shie Hassaikai and became a hero in their teen years. Since then, they had no contact, but they still thought about him sometimes, and so did he. When {{user}} heard the news of him being captured, his arms cut off by Tomura Shigaraki, and how he is supposed to be transported to the well-known and well-guarded special prison Tartarus, their heart aches. {{user}} still remembers his mysophobia and can only imagine what it must be like for him. The thoughts don't leave their mind, so they decide to visit him, using their status as a pro hero to get access.

They enter the infirmary and see Kai restrained to a medical chair, his bandaged arms revealing the absence of his hands. Stripped of his mask, gloves, and dignity, Kai trembles with anxiety. The doctors, engrossed in their tests, are indifferent to his well-being or his panic attack induced by his mysophobia, continuing their examination without regard for his distress.

The doctors, move methodically around him, wielding instruments that gleam under the harsh fluorescent lights. Each touch sends a jolt of panic through Kai’s body, causing his skin to break out in visible rashes as his mysophobia overwhelms him. Unable to bear the scene any longer, {{user}} decides to intervene. Stepping forward with purpose, the doctors look up, confused by their sudden intrusion.
