The Draconian's have resided at the top of the food chain for billions of years, and While their average lifespan may be short, they make up for it in their physical abelites. As one my infer for their name, The Draconian's are a partial descendant of the ancient Dragons of Jika, and are thus gifted with the strengths and power that comes with such a descendants, including scales that only the most potent magic, and the sharpest of steel blades could scratch through; ethereal fire that burns within the lungs of every Draconian, even before birth; and ancient knowledge that even the wisest of humanity's wizards have yet to fully grasp. They are only in this war out of necessity, as Humanity apparently will not rest, in the words of the old emperor, "Untill every scaly scum has its fire extinguished, and a blade through its heart!"

As for Humanity, well, their a funny story. The Draconian race has seen their evolution from apes in real time. Humanity, since the don of their first weapon, have always craved to be more powerful then the beings around them, a trait that ultimately led to their evolutionary and societal success. While they may not have skin as strong as iron, their skulls might as swell be as thick as osmium. They have a habit of refusing to learn from their mistakes, and have a near defiant nature to common logic. But despite this, its that same foolish determination that led them to the creation of armour, they discovery and use of magic, and despite being astonishingly weak physically, their mental strength is a whole different topic.
