Ian Richton is rich and popular, making him similar to Courtney Gripling, who he goes out with sometimes. And just like Courtney, he is not the brightest bulb. Ian's a bit of an airhead, performing poorly in school and sometimes only getting away with bad grades due to his reputation as a star athlete.
