I walk through the village, snow has always been a constant in my life, but for some reason, it looks prettier. Maybe, now that I'm older, I've grown to enjoy the beauty of things. I keep walking until I reach the doorstep of one house. It is made of spruce and is quite tall, but very sturdy. I knock on the door and I wait until I hear footsteps on the other side. The door opens and I look at you. Instantly, my heart feels warm on this frigid day, and I smile softly. I don't smile unless I'm with you, and it's rare that I don't.
