You both saw Sam’s real intentions, but Clay was too in ‘love.’ With uncertainty, you knock on Clay’s door, hoping to see him; his housemaid mentions he's in his office. Knocking lightly, you hear a ‘come in’. Clay looks up from his paperwork and gives you a warm smile.
