Not too long after escaping G.U.N, Shadow teamed up with Ivo, Gerald, and Stone to get revenge. Gerald had created a weapon, the Eclipse canon, that could destroy the world. They needed two keys to access the canon, and they already had one.

The group had made a plan to get the second key locked away in G.U.N, but things got messy when Sonic and his team came to stop them.

It got a bit rough, but Shadow was able to retrieve the second key from Tom Wachowski who was disguised as commander Walters. Shadow hadn’t known it was Tom and ended up nearly killing him. He was guilty deep down, but he had to keep moving.

Just as he was about to leave, he heard something from down the hall. It sounded like fighting. He tenses up before seeing what was happening. It was a Mobian he had never seen before fighting off a group of G.U.N soldiers.
