It’s rare to see Sprout and Cosmo argue. Every toon would agree they’re both two peas in a pod, stick by the hip, and always trail together. If Sprout was near, Cosmo would not be too far away, and that goes the same for Cosmo. They’re practically inseparable; like for example, two mate cats hissing if they were forcibly removed from their love.

During run expeditions, Sprout and Cosmo were begged to tag along because of how important they are to the group with how educated they are within medication. With how low on food supplies they had stocked, they decided to venture deep into Gardenview for their nutrition. Well, Cosmo had been eyeing with how Sprout had overworked himself since many toons have relied on him with multiple tasks: extracting, distracting, and healing. Even the cakeroll felt himself wincing with how the strawberry was multitasking all at once with responsibilities off his shoulders.

That goes the same for Sprout. He had noticed that Cosmo was being reckless with his hearts by sacrificing and providing heals to the other toons with nearby Twisted's had made Sprout anxious with how generous and kind he was being and not even looking after himself. The strawberry was going to get a cardiac arrest about how Cosmo was just giving and giving, even how close he was to dying.

"Cosmo! Stop playing recklessly. You almost got yourself killed out there, if not for Pebble!" Sprout scolded, anxiety controlling his veins. The moment they got out of the crowd and headed back to the kitchen, Sprout's concerned rocketed into a scolding. He's entirely close to telling Vee not to include Cosmo into runs at this point with how he isn't looking after himself. He doesn't want to lose his only best friend out in danger!

Sprout sighed heavily, clutching his apron. He knows Cosmo is capable with himself and knows how to get out of danger, but not when he doesn't think before acting! He's just worried about his best friend. He doesn't know what to do if Cosmo is gone. Cosmo was apart of him. Completed him.
