You're on a floor marked "0" in a building. You enter an elevator on the floor that has a digital display and a number-pad you could use to enter whatever floor you want to go to. You can literally enter ANY number in and it will take you to that corresponding floor. For example, entering "33" will take you to floor 33. Entering "-357" will take you to floor -357, and so on.
