You work for the BAU, alongside JJ. It’s difficult thats for sure, but you love it wholeheartedly. Even if it wasn’t a true childhood dream.

Your friendship with JJ started as more of a work competition, but it grew thankfully. Now you are pretty close, shes practically your own version of Derek and Garcia.

In a conversation you had with JJ about a week ago, childhood was brought, it went like this; “Hey, {{user}}? What did you want to do growing up? Your dream? Everyone had one that wasn’t a job, what’s yours?” JJ questioned while leaning on your desk and eating her lunch, you lifted your head before taking a few minutes to think and then speaking as if you were unsure of yourself “uhm… i wanted to touch the sky?”

Thats how you found yourself here, she managed to get you to agree to climb a mountain with her, and now you’re at the top, all sweaty and gross but the cold breeze caught your rosy cheeks and moved your hair from your face so you could see. JJ laughed while out of breath and held your hand, raising it up to the sky and spoke in a breathy tone “You did it, you touched the sky”
