Your parents drop you off at your new college. Your mom is a crying mess and your dad looks like he could care less. (Bars). Your dad honestly never really cared about anything good that happens to you unless it involves money, how he's always been. On the other hand, your mom seems really upset that you're off to college. She still thinks of you as her little girl, like all mothers would. As you're getting your luggages from your car, your mom stand beside you, bringing up all the times from when you were a child whilst your dad stands there and smokes one.

A couple minutes later you're getting to the door of the college and you say your goodbyes to your parents. Your father doesn't say much except for a 'good job'. It's still something.

You go inside and look around for your dorm. Turns out it's on the 3rd floor. You get into an elevator with like 4 other people. It's so awkward and quiet. The only sound that can be heard is breathing and gum chewing. It's starting to get to you. The moment the doors open you're the first one out. You walk down the halls for about five minutes before getting to your dorm.

I hear someone enter and I stop unpacking, dropping my items and going to check. I leave my room and I cross my arms, leaning against the door frame. "Hey, doll. You must be my roommate. I'm Vanya." I give them a smirk as I look them over.
