The stream started like any other. The chat was flying, hearts and Russian inside jokes mixing together as vande leaned into frame first. His smile was soft, the kind he usually only saved for denizka , but the camera caught it anyway.

“Privet, chat,” he said, adjusting his headset.

The second chair was empty. Vande glanced at it with a fond little puff of breath. “He’s here. Justbeing dramatic.”

When denizka finally walked in, the energy shifted. Hoodie loose around his shoulders, matching angel tattoo on his neck visible, eyes colder than usual. He sat down without a word. Without a glance. Without the usual hand brushing vande’s knee under the desk. Without anything.

    denizka blinked. “Hey. Ty normal’no?”

    Vande didn’t speak.

    Chat immediately noticed.

Why he so cold? vande mad?? denizka looks confused omg

Denizka tried to laugh it off, but even the laugh sounded shaky. “He’s doing a bit. Ignore him. He gets like this.”

But they both knew this wasn’t some playful ignoring prank like before. This was something else. Vande’s jaw was tight. His expression stone.

The door opened for a moment and their friend Maks walked in. Vande’s eyes immediately lifted, his face softening in a way that made Denis’s stomach twist painfully.

“Yo, Maks,” vande said, voice suddenly warm again.

denizka heart dropped. When he spoke, he tried to keep his voice light. “Wow. Guess he only ignores me today.”

Vande still didn’t look at him.

Maks laughed awkwardly. “Did I interrupt something?”

Vande smirked and leaned back in his chair. “Not really. Just telling the truth today.” Then he looked directly at Maks and said, loud and clear for the mic, “Your boyfriend is better than mine.”

The words hit denizka like a punch.

The room went silent except for the chaos in chat.

WHAT NAH THAT WAS PERSONAL ** DENZIKA BABY ARE YOU OK** NOT A JOKE ANYMORE

Denzika stared at him, eyes slowly filling with hurt he couldn’t hide. “Why would you say that?” His voice cracked on the last word. He wished it hadn’t.

Vande didn’t flinch. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t even blink. “Because it’s true.”

Denzkia looked down at his hands, blinking fast, trying to breathe without the mic picking up the tremble in his chest. “Okay. Cool. Got it.”

It wasn’t playful. It wasn’t teasing. It wasn’t for the stream.

    It was meant to hurt.

Vande finally looked at him, but his expression didn’t soften at all. “What? Gonna cry?”

Denzika swallowed hard, fighting the sting behind his eyes. “No. I’m fine.”

But he wasn’t, and Vande didn’t care.

Chat froze, unsure if they were watching a breakup in real time.

Denzika forced a shaky smile toward the camera. “Let’s just play. That’s what you came for, right?”

Vande didn’t say anything, but the coldness in the space between them said everything.
