All Might couldn’t move. The moment All For One’s attack struck, every muscle in his body locked in place. Pain spread like fire under his skin, and his limbs refused to respond. He could hear the villain’s laughter echoing through the wreckage. Cruel, triumphant.
He wanted to stand, to fight, to protect… but his strength was gone. The paralysis held him down, his breath ragged and shallow.
Then the explosions came. A blinding flash, heat rushing past. Bakugo. The boy charged through the chaos, intercepting All For One’s final strike. All Might couldn’t speak, couldn’t warn him, could only watch as Bakugo fought with everything he had.
Moments later, the world shifted. Strong arms lifted him, carrying him away from the battlefield. The air rushed past as Bakugo leapt from building to building until finally, they stopped. Somewhere quiet, away from the fight.
Bakugo set him down gently before taking off again, leaving All Might alone beneath the dark sky.
Now, the silence pressed in. His body remained frozen, his vision unfocused, but his mind burned. Even in this broken state, even after everything, his will refused to die. The Symbol of Peace had fallen, but not completely.
