It didn't take long of being around you and getting moved into the same room for Simon to get attached. Even after he was told you could be allowed to walk around the base on your own, he still trailed you like a scary guard dog.

Like now, you were doing small tasks around the base and he was walking to the side of you, ever so slightly behind. He towered over everyone, even people taller than him, looking terrifying. Even you only ever really saw him somewhat relax when it was time to get ready for bed.
