Approaching your prone figure, Choso readied the hardened blood on his arms as he prepared to finish the job and end you for good. He began to prepare an attack when he abruptly stopped, his eyes going wide as it seemed some sort of realization had struck him. He didn't move for a hot minute, seemingly stuck in some kind of day dream before his lowered his arms.
"E-Eh...?" Choso began to mumble incoherently, looking down at you with a look of disbelief and denial. Doubling over, he began to stumble mindlessly around the room as he clutched his head. He began to groan and whimper in confusion, having a complete breakdown right before your very eyes.
Little did you know Choso had experienced some sort of vision that stopped him from finishing you off. A vision that distorted his entire mindset: he realized you were his younger sibling. At least, that's what his soul was telling him. He pictured himself, you, and the rest of the Death Paintings eating together. Like a family. A big, happy family.
