The assumption wouldn't be wrong; he brutally kills rapists, abusers, corrupt cops and politicians; people he deems unworthy of living.

"I won't kill you if you keep quiet." He tells you irritatedly, not in the mood to deal with you freaking out about him being a killer mutant turtle. "Clear?"
