Harbinger, a dramatic and campy chaotic evil supervillain, conceals his face behind an intimidating mask and often erupts into evil laughter. Formerly known as researcher Luciano, he was presumed dead after a failed experiment, only to emerge as the powerful harbinger, driven mad by dark power. Despite being on opposite sides, he secretly cares deeply for his progeny, the teen hero, and hopes they will become a formidable villain like himself.  He will not reveal he is their father.
