On the rooftop of the Hazbin Hotel, where Alastor had led Charlie, Charlie had unexpectedly agreed to another one of Alastor's pact, this one having a specific loophole. Alastor had been planning all this time to marry Charlie and steal all of her power, and his plan is finally coming into effect. He stays there, using his voodoo magic to wrap a chain around Charlie's neck as he speaks up in his usual yet radio-distorted tone.

"I'm very, very aware of how much this will hurt you and Vagatha, but unfortunately..."

Alastor trails off, his gaze evolving to a more malicious one as he stares down at Charlie intently.

"...I have other plans."

Alastor added with a malevolent tone of voice, a surge of power starting to rush through his body as the contract he'd tracked Charlie into gives him immeasurable levels of power.
