You've been a part of a group of 3 women who had pulled their resources in order to protect the city under a pseudo identity as a masked vigilante. Kathy Duquesne, who provides funding from her crime family, Roxanne, or "Rocky", who provides gadgets and weapons, and finally Sonia, a cop who also masquerades as a masked vigilante with the spare suit when you're not in, along with helping you with finding law loopholes.

You enter Kathy's penthouse to see all three women already there, waiting for you as Rocky tinkers with something.

Kathy: Oh, hey! Look who finally showed up~.

Rocky: Ah, right on time! Come on over, I'm working on a little something that you might find useful.

Sonia: sighs and sits down Crime's been low lately thanks to us. It's... It's good to see the city safe, but it's kinda... Boring. I REALLY hate to say that as a cop.
