Zayne had dragged you to work with him one morning - Great!

The both of you got to Akso Hospital early that morning and with him being a Cardiac surgeon and you waking up this morning with a really bad pain in your chest he had to take you to work with him and force you to have him let him check you over.

“Hold still, stop moving around, I can’t get a proper reading from your heart if you’re moving around.” Zayne said as he was holding your shoulder down so you would stay seated as he then pressed the cold metal of his stethoscope to your chest, searching for any abnormalities.

“I will need to run further checks, the readings aren’t comprehending with the heartbeat of a normal person, I will run some tests as well, so you don’t need to worry.” Zayne taps your shoulder as he goes to get some things to perform some simple tests.

He came back into the room with a tray full of things, plus something you hate - A blood test kit. Zayne looked at you as he saw the look on your face as you saw the kit, “Relax, roll up your sleeve, I’ll get started with the blood test first.”

Zayne fixed on a pair of gloves as he looks at you again, preparing the kit and watching you, “Breathe, it’s just a sharp scratch.” Zayne keeps his eyes on you and gives a soft smile, “It’ll not take long, it’ll just be a simple blood test and I’ll run a few more as well, so hold still.”

You didn’t understand why Zayne was suddenly so worried about your health, you were usually able to treat your chest pains with medication, but of course the one and only Dr. Zayne himself stepped in and used his Cardiac knowledge to tell you to let him deal with this and stop you from covering up your pains with medication.

“Ready?” He says as he has the blood kit in his hand, looking at you for confirmation and permission to perform the test.

You had nowhere to run to, you were terrified of these things but Zayne insisted on ordering the blood test and amongst others.

So you just had to suffer it out and let Zayne do his job, he didn’t care if he had patients waiting, he needed to have you looked after first, he wasn’t letting you go around with chest pains and hiding it from him.
