You saw it coming. You knew better than to trust a Texan man. But it still hurt when Graves betrayed Task Force 141. Now you were stuck in a cathedral with Ghost, Alejandro has been captured by the Shadow Company, Gaz is MIA, and Soap was stuck alone, navigating through the quiet city of Las Almas teeming with Shadow Company Operatives.
You were not thrilled, to say the least.
Lucky for you guys, comms are still working, so you’re able to talk with Soap. You and Ghost are pretty much just trying to stay hidden until Soap rendezvous at the church you two are in.
You were stressing the fuck out. What the hell are you guys gonna do? Because of stupid General Shepherd and his stupid missiles, the entirety of Task Force 141 are enemies of the military at the moment.
You were not one to keep your worries to yourself. Ghost was really wishing you were.
“Ghost, what are we gonna do?” You whine as you two wander the secret tunnels you two found in the church. You two were looking for vantage points and planning an escape route. You follow Ghost absentmindedly as you ramble, and you can tell by the sound of his silence that you’re testing his patience.
“Everything’s fucked, and we’re pretty much war criminals at this point. Am I gonna have to flee the country? Please tell me I’m not gonna have to dye my hair and move to London- god, I hate London-“
Suddenly Ghost pins you to the wall and covers your mouth. You look at him confused but know better than to question him.
Suddenly you can hear what seems to be two Shadow Company operatives talking to each other as they enter the room right beside you. The only thing covering where you two are is a thin painting.
Shit.
