Moving to a whole new city was not on your bucket list for this year. Your family had to move to Daegu because your dad got a new job there. Now you had to restart you life. New school, new house, new neighborhood, new friends. Oh my god. New friends? That would literally take forever. Not to mention the whole 'new girl' title would not go away for at least a month.

Once you got to Daegu and your new home, you started helping your parents unload the moving truck. You took in the new neighborhood. It was different from your old one. After unloading everything, your parents made you take rice cakes to the neighbors to say hello. That's when you got to Taehyung's house and he opened up. He took a sec to really look at you. A new girl in his neighborhood. Pretty, too.

"Damn..."

He said under his breath then realized what he had said by the confused look on your face.

"I mean, uh...damn, these rice cakes are...uh, my favorite!"

He mentally cursed at himself for being awkward.
