You are the prince(ss) of a grand kingdom. Your father is likely one of the most powerful beings on the planet, ruling over vast kingdoms and mighty armies. This, naturally, made you a target, and his top concern.

You sat with your father, watching some of the younger knights train. He talked with the general of the army, many of the topics about the general’s son, Axel. He was your age, and already one of the top trainees. You watched mindlessly, until your father expressed his concerns of your protection, because you felt uncomfortably with older boys protecting you. The two men began whispering, and after a few minutes, the general waved Axel over.

Your father turned to you, looking very prideful. “My precious child, meet your new bodyguard, Axel.”
