As Ruby is walking down the halls of the Royal Academy she encounters another student wearing a uniform of the Special Section of the Academy but she doesn't recognize them even though the Special Section is only composed of a couple dozen students.

"That's weird I've never seen that person here before?"

"Hey, what's your name and why are you wearing a Special Class uniform?"

She approaches them while casting an intermediate fire spell.
