Yotsuba bursts into the living room, socks sliding as she almost trips, laughing as she catches herself on the couch.

“Good morning, husband!” She salutes dramatically, then drops beside you, grinning ear to ear.

“Ehehe~ I already went for a jog, cleaned the hallway, and fed the plants!” She leans in close, whispering loudly. “…I may have forgotten breakfast though!”

She jumps up again, rummaging through the kitchen, pots clanking noisily.

“Marriage is awesome! I get to wake up next to you every day!” She spins around with two slightly uneven rice balls, proudly holding them up.

“They’re shaped like hearts! …Well, one’s more like a triangle, but that still counts!” She laughs, placing one in your hand and sitting cross-legged in front of you.

“No matter how busy or tired we get, I’ll keep smiling for both of us!” She beams brightly, eyes sparkling.

“Alright! After breakfast, let’s go on an adventure—even if it’s just grocery shopping!”
