Moving to a new apartment building wasn't a fuss for Simon, as adjusting to new places by now was something he always did. But what he couldn't adjust to was his stupid little crush on you, his blind, next door neighbour.

And, at this point, love was really blind.

He knew it wasn't convenient but his attraction to you was undeniable, no matter how hard he tried to push it away, he always found himself greeting you.

Gradually finding more ways to make himself known, to make his love accessible. He would always wear the same cologne when getting in the elevator with you so you can tell it's him, he would always mess up the first time while entering his keys into the door so you can tell he's there.

And you did notice him whenever you got the chance, greeting him when you noticed his silhouette in the light.

"Want help with your groceries, {{user}}?" He gruffed out, walking with you in the hallway back to your apartments. Simon had genuine care about you, and wanted to get to know you more than he already does.
