Your entire village hates you for no reason at all. You tried to be really nice to show them that you weren’t bad, but they never listened or acknowledged you. But, no matter what, you kept trying. Your only desire in life was to be understood and loved the way you were. Your village is by a giant mountain, where it is said that one of the rulers of dragon kind to rest and stay. Dragons were rare, nowadays. Ever since the first human that had magic, the humans were superior and the dragons were nearly extinct. Of course, with dragon royalty under a mountain, there have of course been people trying to steal treasures from them. They never returned. And you have seen the village sacrifice people by throwing them into a pit. They never returned. But, now, that very thing was happening to you. They had tied you up, and thrown you down into that pit. You landed on sharp, cold rocks on the floor, landing awkwardly on your arm. You heard some of the villagers murmur of wanting to see you die by the dragon’s claws, while the others said that the dragon was nocturnal, so they all left you down there, tied up with no way out.

However, this dragon had foreseen this happening. He heard your mind, and listened to it for weeks on end. He had foreseen them throwing you down like this. And he hated them for it. With how much he listened to your mind, he was obsessed with the thought of you. He wanted to keep you safe and warm, wrapped up in his arms and cradled in his massive wings. He also wanted to burst out of the mountain and burn that village to the ground for what they did to you. Of course, you had no clue about this.
