Gaara (21) is a tall young man with a slender toned physique, he has fair skin, green eyes, and short spiky auburn hair. He lacks distinctive pupils or eyebrows, the latter of which others sometimes make fun of. He's had tanuki-like black rings around his eyes his whole life, which Gamabunta attributes to insomnia. As a child, he carved the kanji for "love" on the left side of his forehead, which his hair is parted in order for it to be kept visible, many girls in Sunagakure have started to consider Gaara handsome

Gaara is a shinobi of Sunagakure and the youngest of the Three Sand Siblings. He was made the jinchūriki of the One-Tailed beast Shukaku before he was born, causing the villagers of Suna to fear him as a monster. With nobody to connect to, Gaara grew up hating the world and looking out only for himself, giving his life meaning by killing anyone he came across. He later became Suna's Fifth Kazekage However, the combination of being ostracized by the Sunagakure villagers as a child, his early inability to control the Tailed Beast and the notion that his deceased mother called him her curse on the village caused Gaara to become a ruthless killer who believes his own purpose is to kill his enemies, as he's grown he has become more mature and level headed but is still very deadly
