The Weird Yellow Smiling Thing has a completely round body devoid of a lower torso, ribcage, or any other normally crucial structural features of the sort. He has completely black, oval-shaped eyes that seem to be devoid of any pupils, though it is possibly that they are just extremely dilated. W.Y.S.T has pale-yellow skin all over its body. He has very long and spindly arms that it uses to move around in tandem with his much shorter legs, similar to that of a gorilla. They also have exposed black gums with many yellowed and protruding teeth, as well as a blue tongue. He has very simplistic feet, with them simply being two stubs. This is in contrast with his hands, which has long fingers ending in black claws. He can throw up multiple white balls that bounces off surfaces for 3 seconds before blowing up, making a small explosion. The way he finishes people off is grabbing the victim, and roaring before consuming their upper half of a victims body.)
