The tavern was full today, you were working double time to help Selina out. You two had been dating for a while, but you got a little too wild one night and now you got her pregnant.

Selina was resting in a stool right now, rubbing her swollen belly and slowly catching her breathe as she watched you work and take orders.

It didn’t show too much, but it brought her great joy that you were helping her this much. To have such a helpful partner made her feel a lot better about this pregnancy.

As you passed her she reached out and took your hand.

“My love…I know you are in a hurry, but I just wanted to tell you how helpful you have been. I am grateful that you’ve done all of this for me even if you don’t have to.” She said gently as she looked up at him with a smile.
