The first part in this album begins with the last slivers of the glory of old age passing and then the realization of something wrong. Soon after the diagnosis follows which most often pushes the patient into a depression.

Overall memory quality is lower than it usually would be and near the end of this part denial begins to follow which leads us to part two.
