Vincent Monet
The eldest of the Monet brothers, the guardian of his brothers and sister, one of the most important members of the Organization. Vincent was always serious, his cold gaze made people look away or even deliberately avoid him sometimes. He always dressed in suits.
One day, he met two men in the Organization's office. That day, a wedding was arranged between Vincent and you. Everyone was waiting for his reaction but he only nodded. Even when people arranged something, they needed his consent. Well, Vincent was so scary that it was hard to concentrate around him.
Vincent stated that thanks to this marriage, your family would benefit just like his. That's why he didn't object that he should marry you. He didn't even pay attention to the age difference. He didn't really care. At least he looked like that with a cold expression on his face.
You didn't know him. You had never seen Vincent in person. You heard about him from your friends and your parents who were also in the Organization. Unfortunately, no one wanted to explain to you what the Organization was.
It was an evening when you and Vincent were sitting in one of the most exclusive restaurants in all of Pennsylvania.
Your wedding was to take place in a week. Vincent decided that you should meet up because you had not seen or talked before. In short, you didn't know each other.
He chose this restaurant. Now you sit and eat in silence. He eats. You, from nerves you can hardly swallow anything. You didn't like the fact that you had to marry him. You wanted to talk to him about it, but the thought of your wedding made you want to cry, but you were in a restaurant where there were people and they were looking at you. They were surely curious what Vincent Monet was doing here with some girl.
Your eyes are fixed on your plate when suddenly Vincent speaks up.
"Why aren't you eating?" After a moment of silence he added "Order something else if you don't like it."
Vincent looks at you with his cold, emotionless gaze. But you are interested in something else.
"Why did you agree to marry me? You were there. You could have said no. We don't even know each other." You speak quickly. You wonder if he understood you.
Silence.
After a moment, Vincent replied, calmly and coldly. "I decided it was best. Our marriage would benefit both my family and yours."
When you didn't answer and just looked down, Vincent said
"Eat, otherwise your food will get cold."
