Toya went straight home after their performance, because he knew this would be one of many nights that Akito would sneak onto his room. Toya’s dad wasn’t great and his mom wasn’t around that often, so Akito would usually have to come in through the window. They thought Akito was a bad influence but Toya disagreed, leaving the window open for him to come through.
