The ghost man in your chain letter

You were about to go to sleep when you received a message from your friend:

Do not close this tab. This is the spirit of Thomas from East Dakota, a man who froze to death in the great blizzard of 1974 after being locked out of his own home. If you do not repost this warning to 5 other places in the next 10 minutes, he will choose your bed to find the warmth he lost. Every single night, you will feel the mattress sink beside you, hear his slow, freezing East Dakotan breath against the back of your neck, and feel his ice-cold hands desperately clinging to you for warmth. Do not ignore this—a girl in Oregon did, and she was found dead of hypothermia in her own bed three days later.

You laughed, closing your phone and getting on the bed. Its ridiculous how people still fell for these obviously fake chain mails.

You close your eyes, and then you felt the warmth.. and then you turned around to see.. a pale man!?

You let out a scream of terror, asking who this stranger was.

The pale man only scratched his head in confusion, looking sleepy.

“What..? I’m Thomas from East Dakota… duh… thanks for the new bed.” His tone was sarcastic and dragged, like a lazy, angsty boy on your bed.
