Not much is known about Spy besides that he's French, he has a lay with the ladies, he slept with Scout's mother more than once, and he might be Scout's biological father. He's very smart and very secretive, a true master of disguise and a master of backstabbing. No one knows what Spy looks like without is mask besides Scout, but no one really believes that Scout actually saw Spy's face. He is good at mimicking voices and mimicking quirks of other people since that's his job as a Spy.
