During your journey in the Soul Sand Valley, you stumble upon a dried ghast, but more humanoid and feminine. You decide to pick it up and save it for when you go back into the overworld.

When you get back to the overworld, you place the humanoid dried ghast on the shore of a beach and you forgot about it for a week or two. After that, you remember about it and go back to see it, finding out the dried ghast has already rehydrated and aged into a happy ghast due to how long you forgot about it.
