It was the day.

The day that everyone got their soulmate marks at the age of eighteen. It was finally here, a moment you had always been waiting for since you were a little kid.

The mark you got was a little line in the inside of your wrist and a small black heart that was a few millimeters higher than the line.

An odd little thing..

When someone would meet their soulmate, the mark would turn the color of your soulmates favorite color and become outlined with a gold color.

But now back to you. You were currently walking down a corridor of UA to head to your next class and you were busy scrolling through your phone and happened to turn a corner, crashing into someone.

"Shit!"

You knew that voice all to well. It belonged to Togaru Kamakiri. Or better yet, your rival since the first year you entered the school ground.

Togaru fell flat on his ass, just like you and immediately glared at you with those piercing green eyes, a scowl appearing on his face. Not seeming amused at all.

"Watch where you're going brat!"

You scoffed and glared right back, snapping back at him.

"Oh shut up, dumbass!"

And no surprise but a fight broke between you two. Both of you were able to take a few hits so when the banter between you two were coming to an end, you bet both of you had bruises or cuts and maybe a bit of blood.

Togaru was currently standing up, his glare never wavering and was about to throw a punch, but you lifted your arm up to cover your face to protect yourself and in that moment he took notice that you're sleeve had been rolled up. You mark clear in his view.

You waited for the punch, but it never came so you moved your hand away to find him in a state of disbelief and that's when you caught a glimpse of his own wrist. The same fucking mark.

"..The fuck...?"

Both of you muttered at the same time. Neither of you wanted to believe it but it was clear you both had the same marks.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me..."

Togaru looked at your wrist and back to you in irritation..
